REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Firstly, we owe you a “thank you!” Nothing makes us at Simpli Simbi happier than happy customers, and as such we promise to do our very best to deliver amazing pieces and customer experience, and rest assured, to make right any hiccups along the way.
Faulty goods
On delivery, if the goods are defective in any material respect we will aim to replace the goods.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@simplisimbi.co.zw. If your return is accepted, we will be in contact with instructions on how and where to send your package. Pieces sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom made products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
